Booking & Payment Procedure

• 10% additional shall be charged on the trips having Christmas and New Year.
• Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be charged extra as per Government rules.
• Children below 5 years of age will be complimentary; however, they must share the same cabin.
• Tariff will be charged for children above 5 years but below 12 years at 50%, provided they share the accommodation with an adult.
• The INR (Indian Rupee) tariff will be applicable to guests holding any one of the following Indian identity proofs: Passport, Voter ID, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, OCI, or PIO Card.

Fare Includes

• The tariff includes travel, accommodation, all meals, guided sightseeing tours as per the itinerary, entrance fees (excluding video camera charges) to monuments and palaces, Jeep safari at Ranthambore, a camel ride at Jaisalmer’s Sam Sand Dunes, a boat ride on Udaipur’s Lake Pichola, and a rickshaw ride through Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary.
• Exclusive car and guide services will be provided for sightseeing with the booking of a Super Deluxe Cabin or a Presidential Suite Cabin.

Fare Does Not Include

• Liquor, laundry services, or any other items of personal nature.

Booking Policy

• 25% of the ticket value as advance at the time of booking along with the list of guests/pax and their passport scanned soft copies.
• Balance payment shall be made 60 days prior to the departure date.

Cancellation Policy

• 10% of the ticket value shall be deducted on cancellations made between 120 to 90 days before the travel date.
• 25% of the ticket value shall be deducted on cancellations made between 89 to 60 days before the travel date.
• 50% of the ticket value shall be deducted on cancellations made between 59 to 30 days before the travel date.
• No refund shall be admissible if the booking is cancelled within 29 days prior to the departure date.
